Zeynep Ozkasim is the Customer Experience Lead at Designlab. Zeynep has previous experience working as a Customer Experience Manager and Corporate Marketing Manager. Zeynep started their career as an intern at AirTies Wireless Networks.

Zeynep Ozkasim's educational career includes earning a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Hacettepe University, a Bachelor's degree in French Literature from Université Toulouse - Jean Jaurès, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Bilkent University.
