Justice Baird has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2014, they started as a Ranch Hand at Holst Land & Cattle, where they worked until 2015. In 2016, they interned as an Internal Auditor at Tyson Foods for three months before interning as an Internal Audit/Fixed Assets Intern at NPC International for nine months. In 2017, they joined Conagra Brands as an Associate Financial Analyst for a year before becoming a Financial Analyst for eight months. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Valmont Industries, Inc., initially as an Intermediate Auditor for a year and a half, then as a Senior Auditor for one year, and finally as a Senior Financial Planning & Business Analyst for eight months. In 2022, they co-founded Downstream and assumed the role of Co-Founder & COO.

Justice Baird completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from Pittsburg State University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, Baird attended Southwestern College in 2013 and 2014, also earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting. In addition to their formal education, Baird obtained several certifications, including the Microsoft Certified Power Platform Fundamentals from Microsoft in December 2021. They also acquired certifications in Handling Workplace Change as an Employee, Managing Team Conflict, Excel 2016: Advanced Formulas and Functions, and Critical Thinking from Lynda.com in 2018.
