Idrees Hafeez

Idrees Hafeez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Federal Proposals at Tryfacta, Inc. since February 2023, Idrees leads a team in managing high-stakes multimillion-dollar IDIQ proposals. Prior experience at iQuasar, LLC spanned nearly a decade, progressing from Proposal Writer to Senior Proposal Manager, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance, guiding large teams, and developing response strategies for federal RFPs and RFQs. Additional roles include Technical Proposal Writer at UNI IT & Management Services and Assistant Professor at the National Institute of Technology Srinagar. Idrees holds an MBA in Operations Management and Marketing from the Central University of Kashmir and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Kashmir.
