Lauren Wan

Lauren Wan has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. Lauren began as a Media Outreach Intern at Imprenta Communications Group, where they researched and promoted the company's mission through social media and press releases. In 2015, they worked as a Day Camp Counselor at Camp Adventure Child and Youth Services, managing daily activities and developing decision-making skills. Lauren also served as an Assistant Business Director for ASUCD - UC Davis Picnic Day and Internal Finance Chair for Davis Dance Marathon, where they handled budgeting and financial responsibilities.

In 2016, Lauren had a Financial Training Program Internship at Morgan Stanley, where they gained knowledge in investment management principles. At the UC Davis Office of Research, they worked as a Web Designer from 2014 to 2016.

From 2017 to 2021, Lauren was with Checkr, Inc., starting as a Quality Assurance Associate and progressing to Associate Manager and Product Operations Specialist roles. At Checkr, they specialized in product operations and quality assurance.

Lauren'smost recent position is as a Product Operations Manager at Finch, starting in 2021. In this role, they design and manages processes to optimize product operations, resolves customer escalations, and collaborates with Engineering teams for operational improvement.

Lauren Wan earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis, from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Lowell High School from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, Lauren obtained certifications in Microsoft Excel - Basic & Advanced from GoSkills.com in September 2016, and also received a certification in Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in March 2015.
