Beate Andersen

Beate Andersen is currently the Leder UW SMB og Support Bedrift at Tryg Forsikring, after holding various leadership roles within the company, including Leder for Kundeservice Næringsliv Bergen and Leder Support Næringsliv, from 2020 to 2022. Prior to Tryg, Beate gained experience as an Underwriter Ansvar for eight years and worked on a profitability project at TrygVesta. Beate's earlier career includes positions in customer advisory and brand building at other companies. Beate holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Human Resources and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from leading Norwegian institutions.
