Birgitte Schäffner

Birgitte Schäffner is a seasoned professional in business development, customer experience, and process optimization, with a robust background in sales. They began their career as a Project Assistant at Rambøll Management Consulting and later completed a Master Thesis at Novozymes. Birgitte held various leadership roles at Tryg, including Business Partner to the CEO and Director of Operations & Development. Prior to that, they served in roles at Danske Bank, contributing to process and information management as a Graduate and later as a Senior Consultant. Birgitte earned a BSc in Business, Language & Culture, followed by a Cand. Merc. in Strategy, Organization & Leadership from Copenhagen Business School.
