Carsten Heiberg

Carsten Heiberg is an experienced project manager with a focus on IT operations and end user services, currently working at Tryg since August 2020. Prior to this, Carsten held the position of Head of 24x7 Operations and Engagements at NNIT from October 2016 to August 2020, where responsibilities included leading a team of 25 and managing global IT service delivery. Carsten’s extensive career at IBM spanned two decades, serving in various leadership roles, including Head of Nordic Business Operations for Global Technology Services, where management of complex delivery operations and financial responsibilities were key. Carsten holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Science from Copenhagen Business School.
