Chris Koima has been involved in workforce management and planning since 2017, showcasing expertise in capacity planning, data analysis, and problem-solving. Currently, Chris serves as a Data Engineer at Tryg, following a role as a Workforce Management Specialist at the same company from 2019 to 2025. Prior to this, Chris worked as a Nordic Planning Coordinator at Webhelp, where they managed work schedules and analytics for approximately 1,000 agents across six countries.
