Ema Ljubinac

Ema Ljubinac is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT strategy and management, currently serving as Senior Director for Tech Transformation, Portfolio & Financial Management at Tryg since April 2017. Ema has held various leadership roles within Tryg, including Interim Head of IT Finance and Head of Technology Transformation & APMO, focusing on driving IT strategy and technology transformation across the organization. Previous roles include management consultant positions at multiple firms, where Ema specialized in project management, stakeholder engagement, and business development. Ema is also a founding partner of EMA ét MALINA, which involved strategic business development and stakeholder management. Ema holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Psychology.
