Emil Farver

Emil Farver is currently the Head of Training & Development at Tryg, where they focus on leadership and change management. Previously, they served as a Senior Development and Leadership Consultant at If Insurance, responsible for training across all Nordic countries. Emil has experience as a professional football player, competing at high levels in Denmark and earning accolades during their career. They hold a Master’s degree in Political Communication and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics and Philosophy from Copenhagen Business School. Prior to their current role, Emil worked in various consulting and teaching positions, developing strong communication and leadership skills.
