Jan Eirik Olsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, digital and green transformation, and IT strategy. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Tryg, the largest non-life insurer in Scandinavia, Jan Eirik has previously held significant leadership roles, including Director at EY, where the focus was on enhancing organizational efficiency through technology. As Acting CEO at Flyt AS, Jan Eirik successfully led the company's transition from a public entity to a competitive player in the market. Additional experience includes roles at Nasjonal IKT HF, Accenture, itSMF Norway, and Helse Vest IKT AS, with a strong foundation in project management and technology implementation. Jan Eirik holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from the from MIT Sloan School of Management and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
