Marie Trappaud

Marie Trappaud is a self-employed author and consultant with extensive experience in the food service and facility management sectors. Since 2019, Marie has been creating literary works, including the book "Nogleogfyrre - Begyndelsen," published in June 2021. Prior to this, Marie held various consulting roles from 2016 to August 2022, working with organizations like ISS and Coor on development tasks, operations, and client relations.
