Mie Siim

Mie Siim has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of People and Business Development at Tryg since June 2006, overseeing employee, cultural, and business development across customer service centers. Mie has held various roles including Claims Manager, Sales Trainer, and Claims Handler, focusing on sales management, team leadership, and customer satisfaction. Previous positions also include Social Media Specialist and Community & Content Manager, responsible for developing the company's social media presence. Mie began the career as a Sales Apprentice and has a strong educational background in finance and insurance from institutions such as Forsikringsakademiet and Aarhus Business College, complemented by a linguistic education from Silkeborg Gymnasium.
