Sofie Pape Thomsen

Sofie Pape Thomsen currently serves as the Head of Finance and HR Platforms at Tryg, leading a team of 15 skilled employees and overseeing finance and HR systems across the Nordic countries since June 2021. Prior to this role, Sofie held positions in various companies, including Project Manager at Tryg where major initiatives included the merger with Codan/Trygg Hansa and the implementation of responsible AI practices. Additional experience includes senior roles at EY and A.P. Moller - Maersk, managing procurement analytics and business intelligence projects, as well as serving on the Advisory Board for Mandag Morgen Businesskvinder. Sofie began a professional journey in finance and project management with education from Copenhagen Business School, earning graduate diplomas in organization, management, and financial accounting.
