Tina Lerche

Tina Lerche is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership development, talent management, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Senior HR Development Lead at Tryg, Tina focuses on strategy activation and the design of materials for leadership engagement. Previously, Tina held roles at Nykredit as a Senior Consultant, where efforts centered around leadership and talent development, and at Nets Group as a Senior Learning & Development Partner, enhancing leadership enablement during change initiatives. Tina's earlier positions include leading a global team at Hempel A/S as Head of Global Learning and Development, developing training programs, and conducting coaching and workshops. Tina holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School and has further qualifications in process consultation.
