Tommy Karlsen

Tommy Karlsen is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as Regionssjef at Tryg since August 2018. Prior roles include Meglersjef and Salgssjef at Frende Forsikring AS from April 2008 to August 2018, and Salgssjef at Vital Forsikring ASA from December 2000 to December 2008. Tommy began a career as a Finansiell rådgiver at Storebrand in 1999 and served as Troppsjef in Forsvaret from 1995 to 1997. Tommy holds a Master’s degree in Omstilling og innovasjonsledelse from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), expected to complete in December 2023, along with several qualifications from BI Norwegian Business School and education from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
