Andrei Marton

Andrei Marton is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Senior Threat Hunter 2 at Sophos since July 2025 and as an Elite Threat Hunter at Secureworks since June 2022. In these roles, Andrei engages in targeted threat hunting to proactively identify and mitigate security threats, employing advanced data analysis techniques utilizing Python and Pandas. Previously, Andrei held positions as a Senior Information Security Analyst and Incident Response Analyst, and as an Information Security Analyst. Andrei also has experience as an Administrator at TMDRILL Company from November 2017 to October 2020. Andrei holds a Licentiate degree in Law from the University of Law "Dimitrie Cantemir" Mures, obtained in August 2014.
