Matthew Penfold

Matthew Penfold has a diverse range of work experience in project management and coordination. Matthew is currently employed as a Project Coordinator at Trylon since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ekim Consulting from September 2018 to November 2021, where they held the role of Project Manager, Consultant, and Owner.

Before joining ekim Consulting, Matthew worked at Trylon from April 2011 to July 2018. During their tenure there, they held various positions, including Field Project Manager, Project Manager - Engineering Services, and Project Coordinator. In these roles, they were responsible for creating project plans, preparing quotes, managing projects from start to finish, identifying out-of-scope work, and negotiating contracts.

Matthew's earlier experience includes working as a Field Project Manager at Trylon TSF from December 2008 to September 2010, and as a Project Manager at Crow Creek Technical Corp. from July 2008 to November 2008.

Overall, Matthew Penfold has a strong background in project management and has gained valuable expertise in coordinating and managing various projects throughout their career.

Matthew Penfold completed their education in a chronological order. Matthew attended Elmira District Secondary School from 1994 to 1999, where they achieved the Ontario Scholar designation for high school. Following this, Matthew enrolled at Queen's University and pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Hardware Engineering from 1999 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Matthew Penfold also obtained several certifications. Matthew earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2021. In November 2011, they became a Level I Certified Installer through Spotwave Wireless.
