Mindy Hellbusch

Mindy Hellbusch is currently the Head of Partnerships at Once, where they lead initiatives to enhance student growth and build para-to-teacher pipelines. With a strong background in education, Mindy served as an educator at Park Hill School District from 2004 to 2021 and worked as an instructional coach in multiple districts, including Platte County School District and Once. They also teach an introductory course at the University of Arizona Global Campus and volunteered on a textbook committee for Peoria Unified School District. Mindy holds an Education Specialist degree in Administration from Arkansas State University, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri-Columbia, and a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
