Tara Sullivan is the Head of Professional Services at Once and the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Quantum K12 Consulting. With nearly 30 years in education, Tara has held various leadership roles including Principal and Assistant Superintendent of Learning & Teaching for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, where they were recognized for fostering staff growth and student achievement. Tara's expertise includes strategic planning, instructional coaching, and data-driven decision-making, and they are committed to ensuring every pre-K and kindergarten student becomes an independent reader. They have a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Binghamton University.
