We’ve re-imagined outsourcing to help our clients respond to local and global market demand and ensure growth and sustainability in their business.

By working with a focus on exceptional customer service, ongoing support and implementing ethical practices, we’re able to provide Australian SMEs with a focused HR solution. TryPOD Australia’s Hosted Employees are an efficient, cost-effective way to grow your team and diversify your service offerings. They will free up your staff on the ground to focus on clients. The Hosted Employees work for you, which means you get a dedicated employee and remain in full control of their activities.

TryPOD is led by the successful team behind Enigma HR, one of Sydney’s top boutique HR consulting, recruitment and workplace management firms. Our history gives us our edge when providing an HR-focused Employee Hosting solution for our clients. We apply the same passion and drive for high-quality as we do at Enigma when we build offshore teams for our Australian clients.

We believe in creating a future in our industry committed to environmental and social responsibility. We’re constantly evaluating and adapting our own services to meet the highest of industry standards, passing these standards on to our clients and providing the best possible service.
