Benjamin Grosse currently holds a full-time position at GrowthProfound since January 2025. Prior to this, Benjamin served as an investor at Tribeca Venture Partners from July 2022 to January 2025 and as a general partner at Hillside VC between May 2020 and July 2022, focusing on early-stage investments in insurtech, edtech, and sustainability. Additionally, Benjamin contributed as a board member at the Werth Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation from March 2018 to July 2022, where efforts were directed towards promoting entrepreneurial growth at the University of Connecticut. As a student athlete, Benjamin was a decathlete for the UCONN Men's Track Team and earned recognition as a 3X NCAA Academic All-American. Benjamin graduated from the University of Connecticut in May 2021 with a degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, and Business.
