Denis T. has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. In 2008, they began working as a Junior Web Developer for Traffic Garden and later joined Weedo in 2009 as a Junior Web Developer. From 2008 to 2012, Denis worked as a Freelance Web Developer, collaborating with small companies to design and maintain their websites.

In 2012, they joined Headoo - Visual Marketing as a Lead Developer, where they played a crucial role in developing the platform using PHP, Symfony, MySQL, Doctrine, and Bootstrap. Denis also implemented core features, including creating an API for uploading photo shootings and embedding an FTP server into the iPad app.

Following this, Denis worked at Webnet as a Software Engineer, initially joining as a consultant and later leading the launch of tele7jours.fr. Denis addressed performance issues by implementing various techniques such as caching with Varnish and ESI, adding indexes to the MySQL database, and utilizing CDN for caching assets.

In 2015, Denis joined Student.com as a Full Stack Engineer, specializing in backend (Symfony) and frontend (JavaScript, ES6, Redux, SASS, BEM, HTML5, CSS3) development. Throughout their role, they enhanced the student experience on the marketplace website and facilitated the launch of a tailored version for the Chinese market.

From 2017 to 2020, Denis worked at MyBuilder.com as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for building and maintaining the company's core platform. Denis utilized PHP, Symfony, ReactJS, AWS, Docker, and Serverless technologies, implementing Domain Driven Design and Event Sourcing to solve core business problems. Denis also applied Test Driven Development, pair programming, and code reviews to ensure quality code on a continuously integrated pipeline.

Currently, Denis holds the position of Software Engineer at Riot, starting in September 2020.

Denis T. started their education in 2007 at EPITECH - European Institute of Technology, where they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology. Denis studied there for five years, until 2012. In 2010, Denis also attended Concordia University for a year, focusing on Computer Science & Software Engineering, although the specific degree they pursued remains unknown.
