Aj Smith

AJ Smith serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Trystar, a leader in electrical power solutions, since July 2019. Prior roles include Vice President and General Manager at Resideo, overseeing the Home Comfort business, and Vice President/General Manager within Honeywell’s Environmental and Energy Solutions division, where growth strategies were successfully implemented. AJ also contributed to Eaton Hydraulics as Marketing Manager, launching a new technology business, and held leadership positions at Cargill. Educational credentials include an MBA from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, supplemented by studies at INCAE Business School. AJ is also a member and Certified Director with the National Association of Corporate Directors since January 2022.
