Cody Kragness

Cody Kragness has held various roles at Trystar since January 2016, currently serving as Key Project Lead, managing complex customer projects to ensure successful execution and high customer satisfaction. Previous positions at Trystar include Quality Assurance Specialist and Customer Sales and Support II/Project Manager, where responsibilities ranged from training sales teams to managing high-level projects and resolving customer issues. Earlier experience includes roles at T-Mobile and Kforce Inc as a Retail Sales Associate and Talent Representative, respectively, as well as positions at Mosquito Squad and YMCA that developed customer service and management skills. Cody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Management Emphasis from St. Olaf College.
