Dave Ridout

Dave Ridout has extensive experience in procurement and materials analysis, with a career spanning over two decades. Initially serving as an ECN Technician and Systems Assembly Lead at MCMS, Dave transitioned to Catalyst Manufacturing Services (now Asteelflash) as a Buyer, where responsibilities included quoting electronic commodities for customers. Following this, from July 2007 to September 2022, Dave worked at East West Charlotte (formerly General Microcircuits, Inc.) as a Materials Analyst/Buyer, focusing on collecting and evaluating price quotations for electronic components. Currently, since October 2022, Dave is a Buyer at Trystar, specializing in custom manufactured parts in the power control and emergency protection sector while actively researching suppliers to optimize costs and delivery times. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Parks and Recreation Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
