Ian Walkowski

Ian Walkowski currently serves as Sales Ops Leader at Trystar, starting in April 2025. Previously, Ian held various roles at Cambria, including Director of Sales Management, where responsibilities included integrating support programs for the field sales team, and Senior Manager of Sales Management, where Ian focused on improving processes for inside sales support. Ian also worked as a Claims Representative at Sedgwick, managing general liability claims for Best Buy, and as a Senior Sales Representative at Thexton Manufacturing Company, collaborating with R&D and the sales team. Additionally, Ian has coaching experience, having served as a JV Baseball Coach at Minnetonka High School and an Assistant Coach for the MN STARZ baseball team. Ian holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Administration from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. Cloud State University's Herberger Business School.
