Joe Clancy is an Engineering Program Manager with extensive experience in project management, having formerly served as a military officer for over 18 years. At Wells Fargo, Joe held senior project management roles focused on consumer and commercial lending change delivery from 2016 to 2021. Previously, in the United States Air Force, Joe managed complex projects in space acquisitions and intelligence systems, leading cross-organizational teams and overseeing multi-billion-dollar contracts. Currently, Joe is developing and implementing a project management office governance framework at Trystar while pursuing advanced studies at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences and the USAF Air Command and Staff College. Joe holds a Master’s degree from Webster University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
