Prior to this role, John held various leadership positions, including Sr. Director at Resideo, managing global contract manufacturing with significant financial oversight, and at Honeywell Homes, where strategic initiatives improved productivity and reduced costs. John's extensive experience also encompasses management roles in integrated supply chain strategies and manufacturing operations within Honeywell, as well as founding and leading Global Sourcing Network. John Dixon holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an MBA in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of St. Thomas.
