Nikolaus Goran

Nikolaus Goran is currently the Chief of Staff at Trystar, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this, Nikolaus served as the Product Development Director at Versare from April 2021 to October 2023 and held the role of Engineering Director at Vireo Health, Inc. from May 2016 to April 2021, focusing on the rapid introduction of life-improving products for patients. Nikolaus has extensive experience in various engineering and operational roles, including National Operations Director and Engineering Manager at Medtronic, where responsibilities included continuous improvement and reliability engineering. Experience also includes a role as a Reliability/Test Engineer at BAE Systems, where contributions were made towards enhancing product reliability and operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - International Business from Drake University, followed by a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, highlighting a strong foundation in both engineering and business disciplines.
