We help brands develop better products and avoid costly failures – based on real consumer feedback from real-life usage.

trywith GmbH supports brands and manufacturers with direct access to end consumers – particularly in FMCG as well as adjacent consumer goods categories such as food, beauty, home & living, and consumer tech – in developing, launching, and sustainably establishing products in the market.

Our approach:
• Direct access to real consumers
• Authentic usage instead of artificial testing environments
• Data-driven decisions instead of gut feeling

We bring products into real-life usage situations at an early stage and generate robust, decision-relevant insights.

Our solutions include word-of-mouth (WOM) and product testing campaigns as well as targeted sampling approaches – including scalable formats such as box or advent calendar models.

At the core is our platform trywithEmma:
A dialog-based WOM and product testing solution that combines qualitative, quantitative, and emotional data – and provides access to engaged, communicative consumers.

The result:
• Better product development
• More successful product launches
• Well-founded repositioning strategies
• More efficient marketing decisions

In addition, we support brands in activating these insights across the entire customer journey – from impactful storytelling and building relevance to driving conversion.

Especially in markets like FMCG, where over 70% of product launches fail, we provide the foundation for better decisions and sustainable market success.

We operate with a clear B2B and B2B2C focus as a strategic partner for brands that truly want to understand their target audiences.

Behind trywith is an experienced team with over 10 years of operational and strategic expertise in building and operating word-of-mouth platforms, as well as executing data-driven product testing, marketing, and sampling models.
