Leanne Franks has a diverse work experience in the field of design and customer experience. Leanne is currently working as the Head of Customer Experience, Global at Tryzens, starting from May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Lead at Tryzens from July 2021 to May 2022.
Before joining Tryzens, Leanne worked as a Senior UX Designer and Consultant at Leanne Franks Design from July 2019 to July 2021. Leanne also gained experience as a Senior Experience Designer at ANZ from August 2020 to December 2020. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Product Designer at VCAT from January 2020 to August 2020 and as a Senior HCD/Visual Designer at EnergyAustralia from August 2019 to January 2020.

Leanne started their career as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Linney Group from June 2015 to August 2016.
Leanne Franks completed their education in a chronological order starting from 2002 to 2008. Leanne attended William Farr C of E Comprehensive in Lincoln from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued A Levels in Graphic Design, Fine Art, Psychology, and English Literature. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Leeds from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Graphic and Communication Design.
In addition to their formal education, Leanne Franks also obtained additional certifications. In 2017, they completed the User Experience Design Circuits course at General Assembly. Later in 2021, they obtained a certification in Product Management from the same institution.
