Lorena Davis, SPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources Executive currently serving as the VP of Human Resources at TS Conductor. With extensive experience across diverse industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and transportation, Lorena has been recognized for aligning talent with business objectives and driving strategic initiatives. Prior to the current role, Lorena held significant positions at J. Perez Associates, Inc. and Dover Corporation, where responsibilities included directing HR functions, managing employee relations, and fostering organizational development. Lorena is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
