Stuart Buckley is a Senior Associate at TSA Riley, specializing in advisory services in Operational Excellence, Readiness, Asset Management, and Project Delivery. Since August 2022, Stuart has played a significant role in major projects such as the WestConnex Stage 3B and Western Harbour Tunnel Southern Tunnelling Works as the Systems Assurance & Completions Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager at Aruma, leading significant organizational change initiatives, and holding various senior roles at SYSTRA ANZ, Network Rail Consulting, and Network Rail, where responsibilities ranged from project management to governance and operational excellence across multiple complex projects. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Project and Enterprise Management from University College London and a Bachelor of Science in International Management from The University of Manchester. Additionally, Stuart was the owner of Kiki's Language Service, providing language and translation services from 2010 to 2016.
