Stuart Buckley

Stuart Buckley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and advisory roles across various sectors, particularly in transportation and infrastructure. As an Associate Director at SYSTRA ANZ from November 2019 to August 2022, Stuart led numerous successful projects, including assignments for Transport Asset Holding Entity and Austroads, while also contributing to business development efforts. Previously, as Associate Director at Network Rail Consulting, Stuart managed significant projects related to change and readiness services. In a brief tenure at Aruma, Stuart oversaw a complex organizational change program impacting 400 employees. Stuart's entrepreneurial experience includes founding Kiki's Language Service, supplemented by roles as a Commercial Analyst and Project Manager in prior positions. Stuart holds a Master of Science in Project and Enterprise Management from University College London and a Bachelor of Science in International Management from the University of Manchester. Currently, Stuart serves as a Senior Associate in the TSA Advisory team at TSA Riley.
