Mark Walters has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive recruitment, currently serving as Senior Manager Talent Acquisition & Executive Recruitment at TSB Bank since March 2013. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at Lloyds Banking Group, including Executive Resourcing Manager and Resourcing Manager, from April 2008 to March 2013. Mark's career began at Sanderson Recruitment Plc as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, followed by an Account Manager role at Resource Management Ltd. Mark holds a BA Hons in Business Studies (2.1) from the University of Plymouth, completed between 1991 and 1995.
