Raj Panesar has over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, currently serving as Cluster Manager at TSB Bank since September 2001. Throughout this tenure, Raj has held various pivotal roles, including Acquisition, Pricing and Insight Manager for Insurance, Business Performance Manager, and Bank Manager. In addition to managerial responsibilities, Raj co-chairs the Diversity and Inclusion initiative focused on social mobility, aiming to foster an inclusive workplace. Previous experience includes serving as an Interim Advisory Committee Member at Dartmouth Academy from July 2016 to July 2021.
