Steve Cochran

Steve Cochran serves as an Independent Director on the Board of TSC, a provider of digital and printed products, since August 2023. Previously, Steve was the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at TegraGlobal from August 2016 until June 2024, overseeing the company's successful sale to Sae-Global and leading operations across three countries. Steve held the role of Chairman of the Board at Optimer Brands from 2015 to April 2016, where a strategic exit plan was executed leading to the company's sale. In earlier positions, Steve was President and Chief Operating Officer at Delta Apparel, Inc., where responsibilities included managing a diverse portfolio of lifestyle apparel, and President of Image Apparel at VF Corporation, transforming operational strategies and managing a significant global network. Prior roles also include Senior Vice President at LESCO, Inc. and Vice President at Cintas, with a strong record of growth and leadership throughout their career. Steve holds a BS in Business Administration, Marketing and Management from Miami University, earned in 1990.
