Eric Paul

Eric Paul has extensive experience in the IT industry, spanning over two decades. Eric is currently the Head of Information Technology at TSCNET Services GmbH, where they lead a team in developing IT strategies and ensuring the safe and efficient use of electrical grid capacities across 11 European countries. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Senior DataCenter Specialist at TSCNET Services GmbH.

Before joining TSCNET Services GmbH, Eric held various roles at Amer Sports Corporation. As a Senior Hardware Infrastructure Specialist, they coordinated the closure of a primary Global Datacenter zone and migrated the remaining infrastructure into a single fire zone. Eric also assisted in migrating services to cloud/external service providers. In their previous roles as a Datacenter Operations Specialist and Senior IT Systems Engineer, Eric was responsible for managing server hardware, infrastructure, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Eric also worked as a Freelance Contractor at BITE Consulting Group Ltd., an IT Support Engineer at MIRABAUD Pereire Holdings Limited, and an IT Support Engineer at Matsco Solutions. In these roles, they provided 2nd and 3rd line support, worked in high-pressure environments, and collaborated closely with clients.

Earlier in their career, Eric served as an IT Manager and Network Administrator at Advance Metal Products Australia Pty Ltd. In these roles, they were responsible for IT decision-making, strategic planning, and managing the company's IT infrastructure during periods of rapid expansion.
