Gina Leeper

Gina Leeper is the Executive Director at Open Roads, where they provide strategic leadership and oversee operations to drive the organization’s mission. Prior to this role, Gina served as Controller at CYMI Industrial, managing financial operations across multiple entities, and held the position of Cost Accountant and Budget Analyst at Pilgrim's, where they developed cost analysis reports and financial procedures. In addition to their extensive experience, Gina has also held the role of Controller/Director of Accounting at TSD Logistics, leading a team to enhance financial operations. Gina earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma.
