Evolution of TSEEP: Evolved over a decade of conceptualisation, beginning with the development of a manual prototype. Our initial effort included manual simulations designed to address skill gaps and align academic learning with industry needs. These simulations provided invaluable insights, leading to the creation of a structured framework that bolsters the current iteration of TSEEP programs. The formation of TSEEP Academy marked a significant milestone, enabling the formalisation of this framework and its scaled deployment. The present state of TSEEP reflects years of refinement, ensuring relevance and efficacy in meeting contemporary educational and professional demands.
