Péter Antal

Péter Antal has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Péter started their career as a JAVA Developer Trainee at IQSYS in December 2011 and worked until April 2012. Péter then joined T-Systems Hungary Ltd. in April 2012 as a Business Consultant/JAVA Developer Trainee where they held multiple roles. During their time at T-Systems Hungary Ltd., Péter was involved in market analysis in the banking software sector, software testing and management on migration projects and financial software, gamification solution design and development, and analytical and development tasks in innovation projects. Péter also gained experience in rule-engine based systems using Drools rule engine and JAVA/J2EE development. Péter worked with JBoss EAP and AS application servers, MySQL and MSSQL databases, and utilized JPA, Hibernate, Git, JIRA, VMs, Kerberos, AD, web-security, and Vaadin technologies. Péter worked at T-Systems Hungary Ltd. until December 2015.

In 2016, Péter joined Lufthansa Systems Hungária as a Junior Java Developer but later transitioned to the role of Professional Technical Test Analyst from July 2017 to August 2019. Péter then took on the role of Senior Software Test Engineer from September 2019 until January 2022. In this position, Péter was responsible for integration and system test design and implementation for the company's passenger entertainment and inflight connectivity solution and platform. Péter focused on automating software delivery, reporting, and contributed to quality gates on all test levels. Alongside their QA-related tasks, they also handled automation tasks.

Most recently, Péter started a new role as a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at TSET in February 2022.

Péter Antal completed their high school education at Gróf Széchenyi István Műszaki Szakközépiskola from 2006 to 2010. Péter studied Computer Hardware Engineering during this time. From 2010 to 2021, they attended Eötvös Loránd University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, specializing in Programtervező Informatikus BSc. Additionally, Péter Antal holds a certification in ISTQB - Certified Tester Foundation Level, obtained from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
