Stephen Evans

Stephen Evans has extensive experience in the real estate industry, primarily in senior leadership roles. Stephen is currently a Managing Director at both Black Salmon Capital and TSG Group, a position they have held since February 2021. Prior to this, Stephen served as a Senior Vice President at Stonemont Financial Group from September 2018 to February 2021. Before that, they were a Managing Director at USAA Real Estate for almost two decades, from 1999 to March 2018.

Stephen Evans obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Florida State University - College of Business, which they completed from 1979 to 1982. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) from the CCIM Institute.
