Heather Zeik

Heather Zeik, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, holding key positions at various organizations since beginning a career in 1997. Initial contributions as Payroll Administrator at Metropolitan Mortgage & Securities included significant payroll cost reductions through the development of an automated timekeeping system. Subsequent roles included Vice President of Human Resources at Team Select and leading payroll and analytics functions at Western Window Systems, where Heather enhanced compliance and developed competitive compensation programs. Additional positions included overseeing HR and benefits at Alliance Machine Systems International and directing HR policies for The Joint Chiropractic's expansive network. Heather's background is complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Eastern Washington University and an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing.
