Tshikazi Foundation is a youth-led NPO and PBO committed to transforming early childhood education in South Africa.

With no structured government curriculum for 4-5-year-olds, many children enter Grade R unprepared. We bridge this gap by equipping ECD centres, educators, and parents with a STEEAM-based approach, ensuring young learners build the critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills they need for the future.

Our work extends beyond the classroom—we focus on teacher and parent workshops, environmental sustainability, and leveraging technology to create lasting impact in underserved communities. By fostering collaboration and driving innovation, we’re paving the way for a more inclusive and accessible early learning system.

As a youth-led movement, we believe in the power of young people to reimagine education, champion change, and build a future where no child is left behind.
