Tsintavis Functional Medicine is a collaborative functional medicine practice based in Athens, Greece, serving patients worldwide.

Our team includes Panagiotis Tsintavis — Greece's only IFMCP-certified Registered Dietitian (MSc, RD, IFMCP) — and Dr. Varvara Zisimidou, an integrative Internal Medicine physician (MD, AFMCP) with specialisation in neural therapy and acupuncture.

We work with people who have complex, chronic conditions — autoimmune disease, gut disorders, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, and inflammatory conditions — who have tried conventional approaches without lasting results.

Our approach is systemic and root-cause focused, using functional medicine testing, advanced nutrition protocols, and personalised lifestyle medicine to uncover and address the underlying drivers of illness.
