Our office was founded in Thessaloniki in 1981.
In the 40 years we have been involved in the construction industry we have developed static, architectural, and topographic studies, building permits, legalization of arbitrary constructions, energy studies, declarations to the Hellenic Cadastre – Land Registry, forest maps manifest errors/objections/ approval of interference at the General Directorate of Forestry and Rural Affairs, Operating Licenses, other studies as well as constructions of apartment buildings, complexes, detached houses and other projects.
As a company, we specialize in architectural study, interior design, construction, project management and investment evaluation in the real estate sector both in Greece and abroad through the provision of high-level technical services and advice. The basic idea of the company is the best possible human living in space through the functionality, the ergonomics of the spaces and the aesthetics, whether it is residential or commercial accommodation. All the projects we have implemented over a period of 40 years demonstrates our ability to understand the specific requirements of each project, to propose smart solutions and make consistently our customers' dreams come true.
