Bee Heller is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Pioneers, where they focus on creating supportive and healthy workplace cultures for growing businesses. Since founding The Pioneers in 2013, Bee has worked closely with companies to develop effective people management strategies anchored in science and data. Previously, they served as a Planning Consultant at The Storytellers and completed a Graduate Program at Babcock International Group PLC. Bee holds a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
