Luke Burrowes

Luke Burrowes is a seasoned professional in the engineering and quality assurance fields, currently serving as the Quality MEP & CX Delivery Partner at TSL since September 2025. Prior to this role, Luke held various positions at Jones Engineering, including European Projects Quality & Commissioning Manager and QA Manager, from May 2021 to October 2025. Additional experience includes roles as Electrical Manager and QA Engineer at Mercury, Electrical Foreman at PCL Energy, and QA/QC Coordinator at Propipe Limited Canada. Luke began the career journey as a QA Inspector at Kentz and held a QA/QC Lead position at Tarpon Energy Services, ensuring adherence to industry codes and regulations. Luke has also worked as Facilities/Maintenance Manager at Prima Facilities and as Director at Groomslaw Ltd/Greenbay Facilities Ltd. Luke's education includes a trade exam in Electrician from D.I.T Kevin Street and further training in electrical standards from Merton College.
