Steven Spivey

Steven Spivey is the Owner of CNS Management Services Limited, a position held since 2006. They have served in various roles within the building services sector, including as a Project Manager at Hurst Electrical and a Building Services Manager at Styles & Wood. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Project Manager at EIC Limited and later took on freelance positions as a Building Services Manager from 2008 to 2017. Currently, Steven is an MEP Design Manager at TSL, a role they have held since 2025.
